  1. Call or email to make a reservation
  2. Pay a deposit to reserve the cottage is the date is more than six weeks away and pay the balance nearer the time. The entire amount is payable for more immediate holidays. Payment can be made by card, BACs, and in certain cases by cheque or Paypal.

Terms and Conditions of booking self-catering cottages

Check the terms and conditions pertaining to your chosen property prior to booking. Do ask this first so that there are no nasty surprises. Each cottage owner or agency will have a cancellation policy and terms of stay.

Pets, excepting assisted guide dogs, are only permitted in cottages described as pet-friendly.

There may be other conditions that relate to your stay. A number of one bedroom cottages may have a cot for babies. Do check the details carefully.

It is expected that self-catering accommodation is left tidy following a stay and bins emptied.
